岗位职责：

1. 挖掘优质项目发行机会，拓展新项目线索；
2. 主动联系基于我们支持的公链/协议的代币项目方及创始人；
3. 对接项目团队，进行商业层面的尽职调查，评估合作潜力。

任职要求：

1. 1年以上币圈从业经验，有机构、技术孵化、交易所上币或BD经验者优先；
2. 自驱力强、执行力高、学习意愿强，踏实勤快；

薪资结构：

有责底薪：1500–2000 USDT + 高额提成

Position: Spot Business Development (Spot BD)

Responsibilities:

1. Identify high-quality listing opportunities and generate new project leads;
2. Proactively reach out to token projects and founders building on the protocols/chains we support;
3. Conduct commercial due diligence on crypto projects, including direct communication with project teams.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in the crypto industry; experience in institutional relations, tech incubation, exchange listings, or BD is preferred;
2. Self-motivated, action-oriented, eager to learn, and hardworking;
