WE ARE HIRING: Customer Service Representatives – Cebu Site
Work Setup: On-site (Cebu)
Salary Package: Up to ₱24,000
Accounts Available: Financial and Telco (Voice & Non-Voice)
Qualifications:
- HS (Old Curriculum), SHS, or College Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email
- Resolve inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues professionally
- Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions in the system
- Ensure high-quality service while meeting performance and productivity standards
