We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our International Airline account. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to airline customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring a seamless travel experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other omnichannel platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, bookings, baggage, and airline policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
