Customer Service Manager

Work Location: Brazil (Remote Work)

Language Requirements: Portuguese & English

Salary Range: 2000-3000 USD


Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the customer service team and handle complex customer complaints and inquiries.

2. Develop and optimize local customer service process SOPs to improve customer satisfaction and problem-solving efficiency.

3. Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the R&D department to optimize the bank's app and service experience.


Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience managing a customer service team, with a background in financial or banking customer service.

2. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
