岗位职责：
- 负责英文社群（Telegram / Discord）的日常运营与维护
- 及时、专业地回复用户咨询（包括交易、账户、充值提现等问题）
- 指导用户完成基础操作，如注册、KYC、充值、提现及交易流程
- 监控社群舆情，及时发现潜在风险或负面情绪
- 对接内部团队，协助处理异常情况、投诉及突发事件
- 维护社群秩序，管理违规、广告及恶意行为
- 收集用户反馈，整理常见问题并进行内部汇总
- 协助执行社群活动（如活动、AMA、运营任务等），提升活跃度
岗位要求：
- 具备良好的中文和英文听说读写能力
- 至少1年以上加密货币交易所客服或社群运营经验
- 熟悉基础 Web3 概念（钱包、转账、Gas Fee、网络等）
- 熟练使用 Telegram、Discord 等社群工具
- 沟通能力强，有耐心，服务意识强
- 能适应高强度工作环境，响应及时
- 能接受轮班制度（含夜班及周末）
- 会使用 Excel 做基础数据记录
- 责任心强，执行力强，有团队合作意识
