岗位简介： 我们正在寻找一位优秀的 MLOps 工程师，负责构建、部署和优化自动化的机器学习流水线（Pipeline）。您的目标是缩小算法研发与生产落地之间的鸿沟，提升模型迭代效率。
岗位职责：
流水线建设： 设计并维护端到端的机器学习流水线，实现模型训练、测试及部署的自动化（CI/CD for ML）。
环境管理： 负责高性能计算环境与容器化平台的运维，确保大规模深度学习任务的资源调度。
模型监控： 建立生产环境的模型监控体系，实时跟踪模型性能漂移（Drift）并实现自动预警。
性能优化： 配合算法团队进行模型推理加速（如 TensorRT, ONNX）与分布式训练性能调优。
数据工程： 管理特征存储（Feature Store），确保开发环境与生产环境的数据一致性。
任职要求：
教育背景： 计算机、人工智能或数学相关专业本科及以上学历。
编程技能： 精通 Python，熟悉常用算法与数据结构；具备扎实的 Shell 脚本能力。
工具链： 熟练掌握 Docker 与 Kubernetes (K8s)；熟悉 Kubeflow, MLflow 或 Airflow。
AI 框架： 熟悉 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow，了解模型生命周期管理。
云原生： 熟悉 AWS或Azur的机器学习平台。
加分项：
具备大规模分布式系统运维经验或 GPU 虚拟化技术者优先。
熟悉常用的数据库（MySQL, Redis, MongoDB）及大数据工具（Spark, Flink）。
