We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver who also possesses the skills and proper licensing to operate lighter, four-wheel vehicles such as Utility Vans and Pick-up Trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of materials to and from job sites, as well as utilizing smaller company vehicles for various logistical and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a dump truck safely and efficiently to transport materials (e.g., aggregate, dirt, asphalt, debris) to construction sites, landfills, or material processing facilities.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all assigned vehicles (dump truck, van, pick-up) and document findings accurately.
• Operate and maneuver 4-wheel vehicles (Utility Van, Pick-up Truck) to transport crew members, tools, equipment, and supplies between company locations and job sites as needed.
• Load and unload materials from both the dump truck and smaller vehicles, adhering to all safety protocols and weight restrictions.
• Maintain accurate logbooks for mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery/service records.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including hours-of-service and traffic laws.
• Keep all vehicles clean and notify management immediately of any necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and other team members.
• Proven experience as a Dump Truck Driver is essential.
• Demonstrated experience operating and safely maneuvering Utility Vans and Pick-up Trucks.
• Clean driving record with no major moving violations.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor roadside adjustments is a plus.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including sitting for long periods, climbing, and lifting.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.
