Descrição:

  • Preparation of basic monthly requirement of BIR.
  • Verification and filing of Withholding Tax on compensation and expanded – every 10th of the following month.
  • Preparation of monthly VAT returns – every 20th of the month.
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns – every 25th of the month succeeding the quarter.
  • Preparation of quarterly FBT returns – every 15th of the month.
  • Prepares die material consumption, subcon/EDM/HT and in-process costing report every 3rd of the month.
  • Conduct monthly inventory.
  • Filing of all pertinent documents gathered / accumulated during the week –Every Saturday
  • Assist in the preparation of various schedules in preparation of Financial Statements.
  • Handles costing of press parts and die project.
  • Handles inventory costing for finished goods, in-process parts, in-process die and raw materials.
  • Prepares Die Project cost monitoring.
  • Prepare request for payment for Trade payables.
  • Check non-trade request for payment.   
  • Check sales invoices.
  • Send email of remittance advice monthly and BIR Form 2307 to supplier.

Requisito

  • 22-25 years old
  • graduate of accounting course
  • with 1-2 yrs. experience in accounting related work, computer literate, analytical and hardworking. 
  • Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
