Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Accountant. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, and providing accounting services. You will also be involved in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts receivable and process customer invoices based on contracts,
• Reconcile accounts payable and process vendor invoices,
• Process and post bill payments,
• Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations,
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and enter monthly adjusting journal entries,
• Perform income and expense analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy,
• Prepare financial statements,
• Review the day-to-day tasks of Junior team members,
• Report any progress or issues encountered to the Manager,
• Communicate with the Client to resolve any accounting concerns, and
• Other tasks can be assigned by the Manager

Requirement

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
• Applicant must have their own equipment for a permanent WFH setup
• Dayshift Schedule
