- 开发和维护 策略回测（Backtesting）与模拟交易系统。
- 实现 自动化交易风险控制与监控系统。
- 持续优化系统 性能、并发能力和稳定性。
- 与量化研究员合作，将 交易策略落地为生产级交易系统。
- 维护 高可用交易服务与交易基础设施。
- 开发 市场数据采集、清洗和存储工具。
- 持续接入新的 交易所、交易对和流动性来源。
- 探索 新的市场机会、策略优化和交易基础设施升级。
任职要求：
- 熟练使用 Golang 进行后端开发，具备生产环境开发经验。
- 具备 高并发系统开发经验，熟悉网络编程和系统性能优化。
- 熟悉 交易所 API / WebSocket 实时行情接口。
- 具备 交易系统、金融科技或量化系统开发经验优先。
- 熟悉 Linux、Docker、云服务部署。
- 对 加密货币市场、量化交易或 DeFi 有浓厚兴趣。
- 能够在 中文远程团队环境中高效协作。
