岗位职责
负责小说及在线阅读产品后端系统的设计、开发与维护。
负责用户、书库、章节、书架、阅读记录、搜索及内容管理等核心模块开发。
负责会员、充值、订单、支付、钱包及分成等商业化模块开发。
负责系统架构设计、接口开发、数据库设计及性能优化。
参与技术选型、服务治理、监控告警及系统稳定性建设。
配合产品、客户端及测试团队推进需求落地，及时处理线上问题。
任职要求
具备5年以上后端开发经验，做过小说、网文或在线阅读类产品。
熟练掌握Go、Java、PHP、Python、Node.js等至少一种主流后端开发语言及相关框架。
熟悉书库、章节、书架、阅读记录、内容上下架、会员付费等小说产品核心业务。
熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka等常用组件，具备数据库设计及性能优化能力。
熟悉接口设计、缓存机制、消息队列及分布式系统相关技术。
具备良好的系统设计、问题排查及跨团队协作能力。
优先条件
完整参与过小说或在线阅读产品从0到1的建设。
有大型书库、章节管理、内容搜索、内容推荐或分发系统开发经验。
有会员、钱包、支付、订单或分成系统开发经验。
有高并发、高可用系统开发及线上性能优化经验。
熟悉Kubernetes、Prometheus、Grafana等云原生及监控技术
