岗位职责:
- 负责品牌与社媒方向的视频内容制作，包括创意构思、脚本/分镜设计及视频执行
- 以“导演思维”统筹视频表达，能够从内容目标出发，规划画面结构、节奏、情绪与叙事方式
- 独立或协作完成视频制作流程：
- 创意 → 分镜 → 制作（2D/3D/实拍/AI）→ 输出
- 根据不同平台特点，调整视频结构与节奏
- 与设计、市场等团队协作，理解业务需求并转化为视觉内容
- 探索并使用 AI 工具提升视频创作效率与表现力
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历，设计、动画、影视、数字媒体等相关专业优先
- 具备较强的视频叙事能力与画面表达能力，有清晰的导演/创作者思维
- 熟练使用视频AI工具
- 熟练使用视频制作相关工具，如：
- 剪辑：Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci
- 动效/动画：After Effects/C4D
- 具备 2D 动效或 3D 制作能力（任一方向即可）
- 了解或正在使用 AI 工具参与视频创作（如文生视频、图生视频、AI 辅助分镜、素材生成等）
- 对画面节奏、镜头语言、音乐与情绪有良好理解
- 具备良好的沟通能力和执行力，能在节奏较快的环境中完成交付
加分项：
- 同时具备 2D + 3D 视频制作经验
- 有完整视频项目经验，能清楚讲述自己的创作思路
- 有社媒或品牌传播类内容制作经验
- 能持续关注并尝试新的 AI 视频工具和制作流程
- 有内容策划或脚本能力，而不仅仅是“执行剪辑”
