  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
