Job Description:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in shipping documents.
- Monitor trucks, and drivers and set their schedules.
- Coordination with warehouse/co-loaders, transport, and carriers.
- Monitoring transport movement to ensure shipment is delivered prior to cut-off.
- Pre alert registration
- Delivery order
- Vessel checking or monitoring
- Email management
- Runsheet's checking
- Runsheet's costing
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration, Logistics, or other related courses
- A licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in EDI or incoterms
- He/she must ensure the accuracy of data entry.
- Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings
