Operations Excellence Supervisor

The Operations Excellence Supervisor is responsible for driving continuous improvement across all plantation operations. This role leads the identification, evaluation, and implementation of process optimization initiatives, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall productivity. By consolidating and analyzing performance data, coordinating strategic initiatives, and integrating innovative technologies, the Operations Excellence Supervisor supports the Plantation Director in achieving operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, Operations Management or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
• Training in project management or process improvement methodologies is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural operations, manufacturing, or operations excellence
• Experience in data analysis, process improvement and stakeholder coordination
• Familiarity with digital agriculture, automation, or productivity tools in plantation environment.
