岗位职责:
1.负责付费渠道用户链路转化运营
- 对优化注册转化率、入金转化率等核心指标负责
2.制定并执行渠道专项增长策略
- 根据不同渠道用户画像设计差异化激励策略
- 设计入金活动、空投奖励、体验金、交易激励等增长玩法
3.精细化分层触达运营
- 通过 Push、站内信、弹窗、邮件等多触点组合提升转化
- 持续进行A/B测试并输出复盘报告
4.数据分析与增长优化
- 拆解转化漏斗，识别增长瓶颈并提出优化方案
- 具备独立搭建数据分析模型能力
5.与投放团队与各业务线协同
- 与广告投放团队配合优化流量质量
- 根据转化数据反推素材方向与人群策略
- 各个业务线协同制定区域活动提升用户转化
任职要求:
3年以上用户运营或增长运营经验
- 有互联网、金融科技、交易平台经验优先
- 有加密货币行业经验优先
强数据分析能力
- 熟练使用 Excel / SQL / BI 工具
- 能独立拆解漏斗并提出结构性优化方案
结果导向 & 增长思维
- 对核心转化指标负责
- 有明确的目标感和复盘能力
具备活动策划与增长玩法设计能力
- 有入金活动 / 拉新活动 / 激励机制设计经验优先
良好的跨团队沟通能力
- 能与投放、产品、数据、客服高效协作
加分项:
- 交易所 / CFD / 外汇 / 股票 / Web3行业经验
- 从0到1搭建增长体系经验
