岗位职责：
1、负责交易所内部运营管理后台的产品规划，涵盖用户管理、KYC审核、活动配置、返佣结算、客服工单系统等功能模块。
2、设计灵活可配置的运营工具，提升运营团队在用户精细化运营、活动快速上线、内容管理等方面的工作效率。
3、协同风控团队，设计并优化风控后台，包括风控规则配置、异常交易监控、黑名单管理、反作弊（Anti-fraud）预警等功能，保障平台资产安全。
4、梳理内部业务流程，持续优化后台操作体验，降低人工操作风险，提升内部协同效率。
任职要求：
1、2年以上中后台产品经验，有金融、电商或交易平台后台设计经验。
2、对业务流程有深刻理解，能抽象复杂的线下流程为标准化的线上产品方案。
3、了解常见的风控策略（如KYC/AML层级、交易限额、IP监控等），有风控系统设计经验者优先 。
4、具备较强的逻辑思维和细节把控能力，能耐心处理多方需求并排出优先级。
