[岗位职责】
1.转化链路优化:负责全渠道流量监控，通过优化官网点击率、各端安装率(iOS/安卓)及渠道转化逻辑,提升整体获客效率。
2.用户活跃与拉单:通过前端逻辑调整与策略干预，提升用户拉单触发频率，通过高频行为带动商业化转化。3.商业化策略设计:首充转化:设计低门槛首充产品(如周会员)，降低付费门槛，提升新增付费率。客单价提升:规划高价值套餐(月/季包)及代金币体系，优化定价策略，提升ARPPU表现。续费召回:通过Push、站内信等手段建立老用户触达机制，扭转续费下滑趋势，提高老用户充值占比。数据建模与实验:基于拉单-付费率-ARPU的影响机制进行实验验证，通过数据反馈不
断迭代增长路径。4.核心考核指标(KPI)获客质量:官网点击转化率、点击安装率、渠道转化率。增长规模:拉单触发频次、拉单率。变现效率:新增付费率、ARPPU、综合ARPU。存量经营:老用户续费召回率、老用户充值占比。
