Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers to obtain the best value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Procurement Planning & Ordering:
- Monitor inventory levels and identify the need for replenishment.
- Place orders for materials, equipment, or services as required by the organization.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to avoid any disruption in operations.
Requisito
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically required.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Experience with contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
