- The main objective of a retail salesperson is to assist customers and make in-store sales. They are responsible for helping customers find products, solve their queries, process purchases and ensure an overall pleasant experience.
- High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High Graduate (new curriculum); College level or graduate also accepted.
- At least 6 months sales experience with targets/quotas/KPIs (financing, telco, appliances, or retail)
- Willing to work in assigned store, 8-hour shifts, rotating schedules, holidays, and weekday rest days
- Good Communication skills.
