We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Coordinator to manage the end-to-end T-shirt printing process for international clients. This role ensures that artwork and printing requirements from clients are accurately translated into production instructions for our factories in China, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the full process of T-shirt printing orders from client artwork to production.

- Ensure designs provided by Singapore or international clients are properly prepared for manufacturing.

- Communicate production requirements clearly with factories in China.

- Check artwork files and ensure they meet printing specifications.

- Monitor order timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements :

- Able to draw simple artwork.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.

- Basic knowledge of T-shirt printing processes.

- Able to communicate both in English or Chinese.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
