• Experience: 3–5 years proven sales experience ideally in the EPC Industry.

• Skills: Excellent communication (English/Filipino), negotiation, presentation, time management, and digital proficiency.

• Attributes: Self-starter, resilient, target-driven, customer-focused, culturally aware.

• Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing), Engineering Degree.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through personal networking and contacts, marketing initiatives & campaigns, social media, and attending industry events (conferences, trade shows).
2. Client Engagement: Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations (face-to-face or virtual), and build strong rapport with prospective and existing clients.
3. Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
4. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM, prepare sales reports, and provide valuable customer feedback to support teams.
5. Market Awareness: Conduct market research to understand gaps, opportunities, and competitor activities in the local Philippine landscape.
6. Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and support teams to align strategies and provide excellent customer experiences.
7. Administrative Tasks: Handle sales paperwork, proposals, and promotional material preparation.
