HIRING: OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE (OUTBOUND SALES)

My Derma Dream is seeking motivated and results-driven Phone Sales Representatives to join our growing remote sales team. This role focuses primarily on outbound sales calls, engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, presenting skincare solutions, handling objections, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers

• Build rapport and identify customer needs

• Present product solutions and recommendations

• Handle objections professionally

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups

• Achieve weekly sales and performance targets

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of phone sales, BPO sales, telesales, retention, or upselling experience,cold calling and appointment setting

• Comfortable making outbound sales calls

• Strong English communication skills

• Confident handling objections and closing sales

• Goal-oriented and performance-driven

• Laptop or PC with stable internet connection

• Noise-cancelling headset and quiet work environment

• Available to work US business hours

Compensation & Benefits

Training Period:

• Paid 1-week training program

• $150 USD training pay upon successful completion of training requirements

Commission Structure:

For Closers Generating $5,000+ Weekly Revenue:

• 10% commission on one-time sales

• 15% commission on subscription sales

• 5% commission on free trial sales

• +25% EXTRA commission on weekends

• Additional bonuses, contests, and incentives

For Closers Generating Below $5,000 Weekly Revenue:

• 8% of total revenue generated

• Additional $25 for every $1,000 generated

• +25% EXTRA commission on weekends
