  • Provide technical support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to hardware and software products.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to product improvements.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance user experience.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma or above in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
