Tiktok Operations Specialist

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized E-commerce Marketing Assistant to join our tiktok growth team. This role is at the intersection of influencer relations and digital storytelling. You will be responsible for scaling our TikTok creator network and producing high-engagement animated video content. Key Responsibilities

TikTok Influencer BD & Outreach

• Sourcing & Vetting: Identify and recruit high-potential TikTok creators using TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and third-party analytics tools.
• End-to-End Negotiation: Execute outreach campaigns via TikTok DM and Email. Manage the full cycle from initial pitch and sample shipping to commission negotiation and contract fulfillment.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a “vetted creator database,” ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent content output.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze creator performance data to optimize future collaboration strategies.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing

• Animation Production: Generate short-form 2D animations or motion graphics to highlight product features.
• Content Localization: Edit raw footage from influencers into high-converting TikTok ads. This includes adding trending captions, voiceovers, and dynamic transitions.
• AI-Assisted Creation: Utilize cutting-edge AI video tools (provided by the company) to streamline the production of “hooks” and b-roll footage.

Store Operations & Trend Analysis

• TikTok Shop Management: Assist in uploading products to the TikTok Shop backend and linking them to affiliate videos.
• Trend Spotting: Monitor pop culture, trending sounds, and viral challenges daily to ensure our brand remains relevant and “native” to the platform.

Requirements

• Communication: English proficiency. You must be able to understand written and verbal English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer work.
