岗位职责:
- 主导 ASO、邀请裂变、红包等核心获客增长路径的 UI/UX 设计；
- 基于调研与数据挖掘增长点，通过 A/B Test 持续迭代，优化转化率与获客效率；
- 驱动增长实验落地，总结并沉淀可复用设计方法论。
任职要求:
- 5 年以上设计经验，具备极强的视觉表现力与 UI/UX 实操能力；
- 有独立主导增长项目 0-1 或业务大改版的成功实战经验；
- 具备优秀的跨团队协同能力，确保项目闭环。
加分项:
- 拥有 Web3 或交易所背景，深刻理解获客逻辑与用户心理；
- 具备 SEO/ASO、社交裂变或国际化产品的专项设计与实战经验；
- 熟练运用 AARRR、Fogg 等增长模型指导设计实践。
