We are seeking a proactive, bilingual professional to provide remote administrative and sales support. The ideal candidate shall be able to communicate in Spanish as the primary language and English as secondary while managing daily operations and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration: Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate bilingual email correspondence.
• Sales Support: Qualify leads through outreach/cold calls, update CRM records and track sales pipelines.
• Bilingual Services: Be a fluent speaker of Spanish language and coordinating and communicating with leads and clients in both Spanish and English language.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate client databases and prepare reports or presentations in both languages.
