shall be responsible in doing compliance reporting to the DOE, PEZA, DOLE, BFP and other related government body
shall report to Management all issues, concerns, plans of action when it comes to related matters on Energy conservation.

graduate of any of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering course under PRC LICENSE
