- Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Install new air conditioning units
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Keep accurate records of service performed
- Stay updated on industry advancements and technologies
职位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Green Building practices, knowledge of prefabricated and commercial building systems.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in various environments, including both commercial and public buildings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as well as in teams.
