  • Provide expert beauty product advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

职位要求

  • Education: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or sales environments preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork abilities, sales training aptitude, public speaking skills, sales management experience, and inventory management knowledge.
  • Responsibilities: Assist customers with product selection, manage inventory, participate in sales training, and deliver presentations.
  • Working Conditions: Retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities: Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
