  • Appointment setter
  • Customer service
  • Uses correct English grammar and sentence structure
  • Demonstrates advanced vocabulary and comprehension
  • Thinks and speaks in an organized, logical manner

职位要求

  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Very good communication skills both speaking and listening
  • Speaks with a neutral to American accent, preferably nasal tone
  • Has no strong Filipino accent or “Filipinoisms” in speech (e.g., "for a while", "next next week")
