  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, proficient problem-solving abilities, familiarity with call center operations, and basic technical skills.
