职位描述

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical issues.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: SHS Graduate/HS Graduate are welcome
  • Experience Level: no experience (newbies) are welcome to apply but with an experience is an advantage
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, excellent customer service, and people skills; proficiency in technical tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment requiring adaptability.
