职位描述

  • Provide exceptional back office support to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of process improvements for operational efficiency.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Service, Problem Solving
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Back Office Support and Call Centre operations
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong technical skills and a proactive attitude toward learning
