• Teach adult-level Funky Jazz, Hip-Hop, and other popular dance styles. ( must good ar Jazz ) 

 • Create choreography tailored to music and students’ abilities.

 • Build a positive, fun, and motivating classroom atmosphere that inspires confidence.

 • Collaborate with fellow instructors and management in course planning and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder 

 • Proficiency in dance styles of Jazz with a strong technical foundation.

 • Independent choreography ability with a portfolio or video samples.

 • Excellent rhythm, musicality, and stage presence.

 • Passion for teaching, with strong communication skills, patience, and responsibility.

 • Energetic and engaging personality that can motivate students.

Preferred Qualifications:

 • Experience teaching adult dance classes.

 • Familiarity with current dance and music trends.

 • Additional skills in other styles (Waacking, Dancehall, Urban, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits:

 • Base salary: 64K – 96K month (after tax).

 • Additional incentives: private class commissions + KPI bonuses.

 • Accommodation: private single-room apartment near the studio.

 • Work schedule: 2–3 classes per day (1 hour per class).

 • Days off: 2 day off during (Mon–Fri). Work on weekends. If required to work on holidays, compensatory leave will be arranged.
