Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
At least 2 years working experience in related field
Proven experience in industrial construction project supervision or engineering.
Strong understanding of commercial building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Such as Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Etc.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Knows how to handle multiple subcontractors.

Must be licensed
