Serve as the main liaison between the Founder and all internal/external stakeholders.
Manage/calendar coordination, optimize scheduling across time zones, and handle travel logistics.
Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed notes, and track follow-up tasks.
Draft, proofread, and manage executive-level emails, presentations, and reports.
Maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
Monitor progress on assigned tasks, projects, and key deliverables.
Coordinate across departments and with clients to ensure timely responses and commitments.
Manage both business‑related and personal admin requests to support the Founder’s efficiency.
Provide coverage during core business hours; limited early or late shifts may be required for international calls.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C‑suite or Founders in fast‑paced environments.
Comfort with hybrid work setups: strong self‑direction, reliability, and discipline.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools.
Superior organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
Independent thinker who remains composed under pressure, reacts quickly to shifting priorities, and anticipates needs.
Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Experience in remote and international support environments.
Previous exposure to BPO industry workflows is a bonus.
