Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant with an accounting background to support senior leadership in day-to-day operations. This position requires a professional who can manage executive-level administrative tasks while also contributing to basic accounting functions such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.



Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of executives.


Accounting & Finance Support:

  • Track budgets, departmental expenses, and financial forecasts.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain organized financial records.
  • Assist with audits and compliance documentation.


Job Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional.
  • 1–2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with financial statements and budgeting.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting tools or ERP systems.
