职位描述

Assist with patient care tasks, including recording vitals and providing support with mobility and personal care.
Support the delivery of natural and holistic treatments at Wellness First Naturopathic Company.
Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to healthcare standards.
Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Ensure stock levels of supplies and equipment are maintained.
Respect patient confidentiality and provide empathetic support.

职位要求

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in providing basic nursing care, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, good communication, and observational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and patient homes. Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, attentive to detail, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
