职位描述

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development of HR programs and initiatives.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in payroll systems, knowledge of compensation and benefits, and excellent written communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours, potential for remote tasks.
  • Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, attentive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
