职位描述

The HR Associate will support the HR department by handling various aspects of the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and general administrative HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with potential candidates and employees.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Sourcing:
  • Assist in creating job descriptions, posting job openings on relevant job boards, and managing job advertisements.
  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and provide them with necessary information throughout the hiring process.

2. Employee Onboarding:

  • Manage the full employee onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
  • Ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles by coordinating with other departments for necessary equipment, access, and resources.
  • Provide support and guidance to new employees throughout their first few weeks.

3. Administrative HR Support:

  • Assist with maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, documentation, and other materials as requested.
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and assist with employee queries related to benefits, leave, and other HR policies.
  • Assist with organizing HR events, employee training, and wellness programs.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

4. Compliance & Confidentiality:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

职位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR support role or similar position 
  • Familiarity with employment lifecycle and end-to-end recruitment process
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

 

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Onsite; Makati City
