  1. Coordinates with HR Manager in terms of recruitment and processing in pertinent to documents relative to hiring.
  2. Efficient conducting of orientation to the new hires.
  3. Responsible in the monitoring of the employees under the probationary period.
  4. Responsible in the efficient timekeeping monitoring.
  5. Responsible in the efficient facilitation of exiting employee’s employment clearance and exit interviews.
  6. Responsible in the efficient maintenance of the 201 Files of the employees.
  7. Maintaining of updated database of employees.
  8. Prepare necessary documents pertinent to employee movement internal or government documents.
  9. Coordinates with HR Manager in properly handling complaints and grievance procedures.
  10. Assist HR Manager in implementing the rules and regularization of the company.
  11. Assist HR Manager in planning any Employee Engagement Matter.
  • Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resources.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
  • Familiarity with resume databases.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
