The Junior Identity & Access Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and administration of identity and access management systems and processes within the organization. This role primarily focuses on managing user access rights, permissions, and security controls to ensure appropriate access and protect sensitive information. The Junior IAM Analyst will work closely with the IAM team and other stakeholders to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of user identities and system resources.

The challenge is to:

User Provisioning and Access Management:

• Assist in creating and managing user accounts, access rights, and permissions based on defined policies and procedures.

• Conduct access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.

• Collaborate with system administrators and application owners to ensure timely and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts.

Identity Governance:

• Assist in maintaining the identity lifecycle management process, including user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.

• Support the implementation and enforcement of role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) policies.

• Collaborate with business units to define and document access requirements and ensure adherence to access policies.

Incident Response and Troubleshooting:

• Assist in investigating and resolving access-related incidents, including access violations, unauthorized access attempts, and user account issues.

• Work with the IAM team to identify and mitigate security risks related to user access and system vulnerabilities.

• Provide support for access-related inquiries and requests from end-users and stakeholders.

Process Improvement and Documentation:

• Contribute to the enhancement of IAM processes, procedures, and controls to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Document IAM-related processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.

Do you have experience in?

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Some experience or knowledge of identity and access management concepts, processes, and technologies.

• Familiarity with IAM tools and solutions such as Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems is a plus.

• Understanding of access control models, RBAC, and SoD principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• CCNP certified is a plus.
