职位描述
- Responsible for selling products or services to customers through phone, email, and online channels.
- Identify potential customers, build relationships, and close sales deals while working from within the office.
- Focus on generating leads, understanding customer needs, and providing product information to achieve sales targets.
职位要求
- Minimum of 2 years combined experience in Sales and Customer Care/Experience (CCE)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Good to Excellent level)
- Proven Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience
- Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software
