Role: Voice Room Event Operator

Location: Remote (focused on the Brazilian market)

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

1. Create, plan, and organize engaging activities and events within the voice rooms.
2. Motivate and encourage users to actively participate in the activities.
3. Collaborate with the local team to design events tailored to community needs.
4. Monitor event performance and propose improvements based on user feedback.

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with voice-based social products in Brazil and a genuine interest in voice interaction.
2. Awareness of trends in other social platforms, with the ability to bring innovative ideas into voice room events.
3. Strong sense of responsibility to manage the full cycle of events: from planning and monitoring performance during execution to post-event review and optimization.
4. Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with local colleagues.
