MINEMAN Systems is looking for a dedicated Marketing Administrator to join our Managed Service Business Unit. We are a privately owned medium-scale company that provides the MINEMAN Software and associated services to some of the world’s largest mining companies. Our software helps clients manage metal commodity sales, forecast revenue, and track cash flow. We pride ourselves on our integrity, business ethics, and the high regard we have for our staff, service providers, and clients. 

Our offices are in Australia, India, Peru, USA and the Philippines.

The Role: You’ll not only support our clients but also learn how mining business works while using our own software. This is not a sales role, but a unique opportunity to develop your skills across various fields, including administrative tasks, financial reporting, and data analysis, all while contributing to the success of our mining industry clients. 

We're an offshore back-office mining company employee, though remotely located away from client's processing and branch of head office site(s), we contribute on a daily basis as if an "on-site" equal and part of our client’s Marketing Admin team.

Responsibilities are:

- The coordination and communication of all required Managed Service Client Marketing Administration with the client’s internal staff and its external customers and appointed service providers, as and where applicable

- Accurate and timely data input into MINEMAN Systems.

- Producing invoices and shipping documents

- Doing mining related-data analysis (ie weight comparison, Element grade/assay comparison)

- Producing periodic reports requested by client’s marketing or internal team members.

- Provide assistance as required to Managed Service Client’s representative, Senior Mineman staff and fellow team members

- Provide technical support to all MINEMAN Systems software users/clients to the level of training and experience attained.

- Preside a client meeting

On the job training will be provided, and you will gain real-world experience in the use of the MINEMAN System and a thorough understanding of the Mining Industry domain.

We are a passionate team of individuals who value speed, quality and dependability. We want individuals with an appetite to succeed and are looking for the following to join our CLARK, PAMPANGA TEAM:

1. A must: FIT TO WORK for Night Shift. Can do rotational shift. We are working 24/5, and also on weekend as needed especially on the first week/last week of the month for our client's financial reporting. Can work during Philippine holidays even on Christmas and New Year.

 2. We prefer: A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Mining, Chemical, Materials, Metallurgical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering (Licensed or not), Mathematics, and Statistics.

 We also welcome Accountancy and Finance WITH EXPERIENCE in Cashflow, Journal and other finance-related report.

 3. Required Skill(s): 

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software applications and data analysis tools

Good analytical and problem-solving capability

Customer-oriented

Team player who maintains a professional attitude and focus on business activities

Can work with less supervision

Exhibit proficiency in multitasking and consistently deliver high-quality work without sacrificing performance standards

Excellent oral and communication skills in English

 4. Commitment: We require a minimum of a 2-year service commitment before resignation. 

 5. Location: We prefer residents of Angeles or Mabalacat, Pampanga or any nearby place in Clark Freeport Zone, but we also welcome those who are willing to relocate nearby
