Job Description:As a Marketing Specialist at our growing startup, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our label, artists, and talents. This position focuses on crafting innovative campaigns, building brand identity, and shaping the overall marketing direction. You will collaborate closely with the Multimedia Artist and other internal teams to ensure that creative concepts are effectively translated into impactful marketing strategies that support both the company’s growth and the visibility of its artists.
Being part of a startup, you will have a direct impact on the marketing and branding foundation of our company. Your role will be key in bringing our unique vision to life, attracting new audiences, and building long-term industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and develop creative marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional initiatives for both the company and its artists/talents.
- Strategize branding and positioning to build a strong, distinct identity for the label and its artists, maximizing industry presence and audience engagement.
- Identify and pitch partnership opportunities with brands, sponsors, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to support label growth and artist promotion.
- Develop marketing roadmaps for releases, tours, and artist promotions, ensuring they align with the company’s overall business and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (A&R, PR, Social Media, Multimedia) to create a cohesive and unified approach to all marketing initiatives.
- Analyze audience behavior and industry trends to inform and refine data-driven marketing strategies.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative ways to expand audience reach, including experiential marketing, cross-industry collaborations, and non-traditional promotional tactics.
- Provide marketing briefs and creative direction to guide the Social Media Manager and Multimedia Artist in executing campaigns effectively.
- Assist in planning major promotional events, showcases, and networking opportunities to raise the label’s profile.

- Increased visibility and engagement for both the label and its artists through creative, high-impact campaigns.
- Successful brand partnerships and collaborations that further strengthen the label’s presence and industry positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the music, entertainment, or startup sectors.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with an in-depth understanding of branding and strategic marketing.
- Ability to craft compelling marketing narratives and build strategies to grow both the label and its artists/talents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to foster industry connections.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Passion for music and entertainment, with a keen understanding of audience dynamics and trends.
