Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer in Plaridel, Bulacan. The person hired ensures the smooth operation of the mechanical and electrical equipment. The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and improving equipment efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., bearings, chains, belts, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits) and repair or replace faulty parts.
• Maintain equipment daily, perform monthly overhauls (welding, lubrication, rust removal, etc.), and manage tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production line failures promptly.
• Document inspections, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Support production teams, participate in equipment upgrades, and train operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Control maintenance costs and implement energy-saving measures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Skills: Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; skilled with tools (e.g., wrenches, welding machines) and PLC programming.
• Certifications: Electrician or Welding Certificate preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
