Description

MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING

  • Respond to reactive maintenance work notifications within 24 hours.
  • Initiate onsite maintenance or repair work within 48 hours of receiving notification or request.
  • Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting in accordance with Customer procedures and OEM manuals.
  • Remove and replace failed parts following OEM manuals or as directed by the Customer.
  • Manage onsite spare parts inventory based on Customer instructions.
  • Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes for failed parts under warranty, as guided by the Customer.
  • Assist in root cause analysis in collaboration with the Customer and OEM.
  • Promptly report any corrective issues identified to the Customer’s 24/7 Operations Team, following standard procedures.
  • Additional responsibilities may be included upon mutual agreement between the Customer and MPI APC.
  • Monitor the performance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of electrical maintenance activities and interpret related data.


QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC)

  • Inspect all ongoing electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries upon arrival.
  • Attend all electrical inspections with Customer and contractor representatives.
  • Submit inspection requests in coordination with project/site engineers.
  • Prepare and submit daily QA/QC reports, covering inspections, materials, and any non-conformances.
  • Generate weekly surveillance reports, document non-conformances, and verify corrective actions taken.


Requirements

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • At least three (3) year experience as electrical/instrumentation Supervisor in the maintenance of power plant, or manufacturing industries.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) is an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving analytical skills
  • With valid driver’s license
