职位描述

  • Overseeing the production processes and drawing up a production schedule.
  • Ensuring that products are produced on time and of good quality.
  • Ensuring that the production is cost-effective
  • Ensuring that the health and safety guidelines are being followed.
  • Working out the human and material resources needed, estimating costs, and setting quality standards, while monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality‐control systems.
  • Supervising and motivating different teams of workers and reviewing workers’ performance.

职位要求

  • Graduate of Engineering or Business Management courses,
  • With at least 3-5 years of related experience at a Supervisor/Assistant Managerial level in a Manufacturing company,
  • Know how to handle people,
  • With a knowledge or background in PEZA or BOC,
